How many times have you heard others contribute somebody else being successful to luck? A number of times I’m sure?

Are some people born lucky or unlucky? Sure, situation and circumstance may be a contributor, however if that was it, those individuals born to destitute families would never succeed on their own and conversely, those born in to wealth may never fail. The reason why some leaders can not connect with their workers

Our brain has two hemispheres that are programmed and defined to do different jobs. The two hemispheres are our left brain and right brain. The left brain is responsible for things such as strategy, thinking, detail and a lot of the practical things we do as humans. The right brain is where we experience emotion, feelings, and the ability to see the big picture; this is also where we develop empathy.
